Cary Library honored AAPI Heritage month with programs and activities that celebrate the culture, history, and contributions of Asian American and Pacific Islanders.
Take a moment to visit the Library and see the Lexington Asian Pacific Islanders (AAPI) portrait banners hanging above the Living Room, a project of the multiple AAPI cultural groups of Lexington.
Some of our programs were recorded: The Connection Between Food, Culture and Identity and Pop Goes the Culture: A History of Asian Americans in Pop Culture.
