Cary Memorial Library offers patrons free high-speedWi-Fi and Ethernet (wired) access to the internet. The service is available during library hours and supports an unlimited number of simultaneous users.

The gateway to the internet for this service has been generously donated by Comcast.

The SSID of our wireless network is "public." It is an open, unsecured network. Please take adequate precautions by configuring your laptop's security settings appropriately.

Also, please be aware that, as with other public guest networks, your personal files may be available to other users to be seen, altered, or deleted. To ensure the privacy of the files, please disable "File Sharing" on your laptop while you are connected to our wireless network.
